Hey, I have to (painfully so) admit that Nolan Finley finally has written something I can agree to. President Obama would do well to dust off that GAO study and use it to eliminate waste and fraud. Somehow, I think the president probably has this report on his radar, but may be waiting for the right political moment to spring it on an unsuspecting Republican party...and that's the shame of it (waiting for the most politically expedient gotcha moment).
